Returns Policy


The following policy is in place for the return or exchange of Bisley Corporate uniform product. Please use this policy as a guide when making a return or exchange.

  • Garments will only be accepted for credit or exchange if returned to Bisley Corporate within 21 days of receipt of order.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and Return Authorisation number before the claim can proceed.
  • Goods will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, free of any markings and damage.

Bisley Corporate will accept returns for:


  • Size Exchange
  • Garment / Style Exchange
  • Faulty Goods which appear defective as a result of a manufacturing or fabric fault.
  • Incorrect goods dispatched or received.
  • Cancelled Order

Bisley Corporate will not accept the return of goods if:


  • Goods are damaged in the washing machine where care instructions were not followed
  • Garment has been worn for an extensive period of time.
  • Garments have been tagged or embroidered, unless returned because of manufacturing fault
  • A size exchange from a location where a fitting service has been provided
  • Garments that have tags removed
  • Garments that have been exchanged more that once
* Goods must be returned within 21 days of receiving the goods. A RETURN AUTHORISATION number must be obtained PRIOR to sending the items back. Goods received without an RA may be returned to sender. Please allow 2 weeks to receive exchange goods.

To make a return please fill out a return/exchange form, ensuring you have provided as much detail as possible including your invoice number or purchase order number.

To obtain a return authorization number please call Bisley Corporate - Customer Service on 1300 722 303.

  • Once you have received a return authorisation number, POST the goods back to Bisley Corporate with your RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Bisley corporate does not cover the cost of sending the goods back, unless the goods are being sent back as a result of a manufacturing fault, or incorrect goods having been dispatched or received.

  • All returned goods must be accompanied by a completed Bisley Corporate return/exchange form and invoice copy. Credits or exchanges may be delayed if this paperwork is not supplied.
  • Once your goods have been received at Bisley Corporate, your paperwork will be processed and dealt with by our Returns and Claims Department.
